Case DetailA variety of turned legs and bracket feet are used throughout the collection showcasing the classic beauty within the pieces. Coved corners are seen on some of the case pieces as well, offering visually appealing shape. In some cases, a molded resin is used to simulate wood carvings. On most designs, end panels extend to the floor for added strength and stability. Many cases feature sturdy levelers to permit adjustment on uneven floors. Plastic tack glide or plastic tack strip under all cases prevent floor scratches.

Drawer SuspensionCertain drawers feature durable wood-on-wood drawer guides. Male guides are waxed for consistent smooth operation. Guides connect to dust frame rails with interlocking notches for precise fit. Screws attach the guide to the front dust frame for strength.

Case ConstructionThis collection is constructed from hardwood solids with knotty cathedral oak veneers. Case frames are assembled from solid lumber & select wood veneers, with strong mortise & tenon joints, reinforced by mechanical fasteners & glue. Raised panel doors have strong panel and frame construction to help prevent warping.
